Sophia was recently diagnosed with Autism and suffers from seizures on a daily basis. Growing desperate, but not careless, the family has been on a mission for treatments and therapies.

Here is a glimpse into the life of Sophia, a four year old girl with Autism. Sophia was born a happy, healthy baby and was meeting her developmental milestones. She was laughing, saying words, walking, and jumping up and down on her parent's bed as most youngsters her age do. Sophia loved baby dolls, saying "hi" to everyone she saw, and excitedly named all the Sesame Street characters (Elmo was her favorite). A few short months later, Sophia had lost almost all of her language. One of the most heartbreaking days of our lives was when she could no longer say "mama" or "dada." She just stared through us as if we weren't even standing in front of her."  In order to help this family maintain a “normal” life while seeking treatment, we are dedicating our proceeds to help offset the costs of uninsured treatments.  Meet Malia

Malia Hight was recently diagnosed with stage 2 Hepatoblastoma, a rare form of cancer that originates in the liver.

Tamara, Malia’s Mommy, is one of the leaders of a group called BizEmoms, and one of their missions is to reach out and support those in need. Tamara’s generous behavior and positive outlook and has helped many others in her community, and now it’s our turn to support her and her family.

Proceeds and donations will be used to assist the Hight family in meeting the costs of Malia’s medical needs. We also ask for your thoughts and prayers for Malia, her Mommy Tamara, her Daddy Kyle and her baby sister Makena. Malia is recovering from surgery at The Phoenix Children’s Hospital, and will be starting chemo-therapy shortly. You may learn more about Malia’s journey on her Caring Bridge Website.
